PREDICTIVES SERVICES
Inspection and Calibration: To guarantee the reading of the controller, parameters match the working values of the equipment and operate in efficient condition. The following is calibrated:
- Pressure transducers.
- Temperature sensors.
- Verification of lubricant leak in mechanical seal.
- Check oil levels.
Laser Alignment: Alignment is a service that is performed to avoid:
- Premature failure in bearings, adjustments, and couplings.
- Excessive vibration.
- High temperatures in the bearings.
- Loosening of bolts.
- Shaft breakage near the inner bearings.
- High energy consumption
Mechanical Vibrations
- It is considered the star technique of predictive maintenance, with it failures can be detected early, which can be design or functional, mainly in the bearings.
- The cost of maintenance or rebuilding of the compressor is lower, since there is no collateral damage.
- Electrical faults are detected, although the analysis is mechanical, we can detect anomalies of electrical origin, which makes it easier for the client to take action in this regard.
We avoid unscheduled stoppages with early detection of the failure allowing machine repair.
– Thermography: It is a test that allows us to know the proper functioning of the equipment and its mechanical and electrical components, according to the heat radiation it shows.
Based on this test, problems can be detected due to false contacts or overheating of contactors, insulation integrity, overheating in motor windings, axles, bearings, voltage and pressure drop in pipes, voltage due to misalignment and weak leg, operation of valves, deficiency in insulation, among others.
The equipment used to take thermal images is Flir brand model T400 and T300.
- Oil Analysis:
- Oil analysis provides us with information about the condition of the equipment and the oil so that we can identify and quantify wear particles and thereby determine deterioration in the equipment.
- It also allows us to detect wear patterns and oil contamination and thus establish oil and filter changes.
- Oil samples are analyzed in a laboratory with ISO17025 certification and NATA, according to the lubricant, the laboratory uses the corresponding standards.
